The need for evolution/change
Outdated forms of management dominated by production, by simple stability or customer satisfaction, for this or for that, what we observe today is companies management based on growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and these stakeholders are all the interested parts in the business environment and company, and thus are not only customers but employees, shareholders, suppliers and a host of other entities envolved. Even today there are organizations that do not share this view, or rather that their managers do not share this vision, and therefore companies are not in that way. Today more than ever, this paradigm for organizations since it is not an option, a choice but an obligation, a matter of survival for many. Therefore, for this development, for this change, organizations must be prepared. For any change organizations must be prepared, and today these changes happen more regularly and more quickly. Soon organizations need to have a more flexible and dynamic, with greater capacity to act, and in some cases with greater autonomy on many levels. In statistical terms, in general, 70% of the change processes fail. Currently, organizations face increasingly more demanding and stakeholders informed and to respond accordingly. Furthermore, stakeholders want to see more changes and faster, because more than ever, time is money. The paradigms are different, times have changed and people are different. The only way is forward and up, without falling on the first step, drop and break with old models and adopt new practices of change management. The processes must be more dynamic, more effective and efficient, faster and objective. It is not really to cut short, but no doubt that the paths must be shorter. In short, organizations can not only think about the stability or yield, the process became more complex and more factors that influence the way forward. Organizations that do not realize that change is included in the package of changes will die on the beach, trampled by a crowd of other organizations with more ambitious, more flexible and dynamic, with improved vision and knowing how to get there.
